Maintenance, Repair Support Plan
James River Technical is focused on providing its clients with products and services which are responsive and cost effective.
If you have questions regarding the operation of the equipment you purchased from James River Technical, please contact our service center at 1-800-296-0027 and ask for Christy Kennedy or Joseph Rittenberry. Our standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, Eastern Standard Time
For service on products which are under warranty or manufacturer service programs contact the SGI call center at 1-800-800-4SGI. The serial number of the equipment must be available at the time you place the service call.

Contract Services & Maintenance
JRTI and SGI provide a variety of service contract and extended warranty options. Table 1 that follows, includes a product family summary with the available Factory Warranties. Table 2 highlights the support program features available through SGI.
Pricing for the various program coverages are dependent upon the configuration of the equipment purchased.
Maintenance Discounts
SGI provides a 25% discount off list price for any educational institution who enrolls in a COOP or Full Care Support Program. SGI provides an additional 15% discount to any educational institution who enrolls in the SGI Varsity Program under the Parts Care Plus or Parts Care options. Site volume Discounts are provided based upon service RENEWAL dollar volume within a specific ZIP CODE. Dollars and discounts are as follows:

JRTI can provide technical resources for short term tasks or long term projects within each of the Class / Items specified. Based on the scope of work and resource compliment required to complete the deliverables, JRTI could be required to supply an array of talents. Rates are determined based on this criteria. In all cases, buying entity would receive a 15% discount off the list price for the particular resource deployed.The labor rates would not include travel and related expenses which are billed separately and conform to criteria typically set by the customer.

James River Technical, Inc. will make available equivalent replacement parts for a product sold to the state until a least the third anniversary of the date the product is discontinued.
*Principal Period of Maintenance (PPM):
FullProduction:7 days, 24 hrs., 365 days per year.
All Other programs:5 days, Mon.-Fri., 8 a.m.-5 p.m. local time, excluding SGI holidays.
**Applies to SGI high-end systems only.
