Velocity HPC TSC Performance Cluster

The James River Technical Tesla Preconfigured Clusters deliver supercomputing performance at a lower power, lower cost, and significantly reduced system footprint than standard CPU-only clusters. These clusters are powered by the NVIDIA Tesla S1070 Computing System, a four-teraflop 1U system that has the Tesla T10 GPUs based on the CUDA massively parallel architecture. With 4 GB of memory per GPU, the S1070 1U speeds the transition to energy-efficient parallel computing and scales to solve the world's most important computing challenges more quickly and accurately.

The SuperMicro GPU-Optimized
Supercomputing Server

Supermicro's CPU-GPU Server, SS6016T-GF, a 1U server that houses two Tesla GPU modules alongside two quad-core Nehalem (Xeon 5500) CPUs. The new server delivers two single-precision teraflops of computing power. Having a couple of teraflops in a 1U server provides the same compute density as when the CPU and GPU servers are purchased separately.

Introducing the new NVIDIA Tesla card, the M1060, that is designed to fit neatly inside CPU servers. With this new offering, NVIDIA hopes to expand the scope of GPU high performance computing by using a more traditional model for building large-scale HPC systems. Generating massively parallel processing power and unrivaled networking flexibility with two double-width GPUs or up to 5 expansion slots in a 1U form factor, the Supermicro SS6016T is performance and quality optimized for the most computationally-intensive applications.
