Shipping
All items shall be shipped FOB Destination, freight included. The University, however, will pay any additional charges resulting from the need for expedited freight on any emergency purchases. The cost for these orders will be provided by JRT with the quote. JRT will prepay these charges and include as a separate line item on the invoice.
Invoice
Payment terms are net 30 days after receipt of goods and/or services and invoice. The University will offer earlier payment terms if a discount is offered (e.g., Net 15/ 5%). JRT will submit one original invoice referencing the correct purchase order number to the University’s Accounts Payable Department at this address:
